Shipping
Products that are in stock usually ship within 24 hours. Orders are shipped from Olympia, Washington. Shipping is calculated at the time of checkout. UPS Ground (usually 1-5 business days), UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air and Next Day services are available for orders delivered within the 48 contiguous United States. A physical address must be provided for UPS services.
For Alaska and Hawaii, we offer UPS Ground and expedited services or U.S. Priority Mail. All APO and FPO orders are shipped via U.S. Priority Mail.
Canadian and all other international orders ship via U.S. Priority Mail. Some international orders may be expedited at additional costs. If you require expedited services, please contact us with your shipping address so shipping costs can be calculated.

Returns
At Elizabeth Garson Designs, satisfaction is guaranteed. If you purchased an item through EGD and are unhappy with it for any reason, simply contact us within 14 business days of receipt to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. No credit or exchange will be given to an item received without an RMA number, nor will the item be returned to the sender. Items must be returned in new condition with accessories included.
· Contact us within 14 days for a 100% credit or replacement. Shipping and handling costs are nonrefundable.
· Write the RMA number on the outside of your returning parcel.
· The item must be in re-saleable condition (unless damaged in shipping or defective).
Please return your package via an insured courier (FedEx, UPS, trackable USPS, etc.). Elizabeth Garson Designs is not responsible for items damaged or lost while being returned to us. Please take care in packaging the product to be returned safely. We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise returned to us damaged or in unsellable condition.
If the item you received was damaged, defective or incorrect, we will happily provide you with a prepaid UPS return label. Please save the box the item was shipped in if the item was damaged in shipping.

Warranty
All products are covered under warranty for one year from date of purchase. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not apply if the product is damaged due to physical abuse, mishandling, accident, negligence or if the product is altered or modified by the purchaser in any way. This warranty applies to products sold via Elizabeth Garson Designs and our authorized retailers only. All products should be returned to us for evaluation and will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

Sales Tax
All orders placed using a Washington State billing address are charged sales tax.
Gift Services
At Elizabeth Garson Designs our products are shipped in an attractive flannel bag. If you purchase a gift, a complimentary, hand-written gift card can be included in your order.
For $4.75 we will make your gift even more special by packaging it in a white-gloss gift box with our signature green satin ribbon, black and silver EGD label, and handwritten gift card.

Product Care
The Diamond Line is treated with ResilienceSR the latest technology in faux leather and vinyl protection. ResilienceSR is engineered to safeguard materials against stains and provide additional wear properties to maintain the appearance and life of the fabric for years to come.
Prompt cleaning is always recommended. To clean both the Diamond and Metallics Lines use mild soap and water, then rinse with fresh water and wipe dry with a clean, lint-free cloth.

Environmentally Friendly
At Elizabeth Garson Designs we are pleased to offer stylish products that are also good for the environment. The Metallic Line is made from polyurethane faux leather that is classified as an environmentally friendly "green" material ‚- it's biodegradable and 99.9% solvent free. It is also manufactured using 33% less energy than synthetic leather and 50% less energy than PVC.

Elizabeth Garson Designs respects and safeguards your privacy. All credit card information submitted to us for an online order is encrypted using industry-standard SSL encryption.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to any other companies.
